In House Medical Affairs Manager
For the next coming years our ambitions are high. We see excellent opportunities for growth in the field of Medical Affairs and more specifically Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Covigilance and Medical Information. In our recent market research, many clients has asked us to initiate an In-House function providing skills and expertise in Medical Affairs, in order for clients to be able to outsource this work to PharmaRelations. Outsourcing this kinds of services is already seen in many other markets globally. Due to this we are looking to recruit a Medical Affairs Manager with the responsibility to initiate this function and grow our Medical segment.
In this role your responsibility is to deliver service per agreements but also to develop our offerings and expanding our business within Medical Affairs in the Nordic region with the Swedish market as your main focus. You will have to combine the operational responsibility with strategic work to enhance and leverage our efforts in the Medical segment.
You love interacting with many different clients and providing great service
You are business minded and have a well-documented background in many of the disciplines within Medical Affairs. You are organized, accurate, flexible and self-propelled. You have an excellent drive, not afraid of making mistakes and the ability to prioritize and evaluate, and always work proactively and see changes as something natural and positive.
A must if you are to work with Medical Affairs at PharmaRelations, is that you have several years of experience in different Medial Affairs positions and preferably from different companies in the life science industry. You know the importance of interacting with others, learning from different environments and cultures but also influencing others by using your long-term earned experiences in a professional and delicate way. We believe you have a wide and diversified network in Medical Affairs after been working at least 5-10 years in the industry.
